Guest policies
At 501 Salon + Spa, our goal is to create a relaxing, professional experience for every guest. To help us maintain that environment, please review our salon and spa policies before your visit.
Cancellation
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 50% of the service cost. Our team’s time is valuable — if you’re unable to make it, please let us know so another guest can enjoy that spot.
Children
To preserve a calm and rejuvenating atmosphere, we ask that children under 12 not accompany you unless they are scheduled for a service. If a child must come with you, please have another adult available to supervise them in the waiting area. Thank you for helping us ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, to respect the next guest’s appointment time, your service may be adjusted or rescheduled if necessary.
Product Returns
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on retail products within 14 days of purchase, if they are lightly used and in resellable condition.
